Pine Ridge Road Government Complex
 

Lee County, Florida — Under this contract, AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (AIM) is providing rezoning, surveying, environmental, site design, permitting, and construction phase services for a 9.1 acre multi-governmental complex that will provide offices and facilities for the County Tax Collector, fire department, Emergency Medical Service (EMS), and sheriff’s office. This project was a cooperative effort between these County government agencies, and AIM served as the civil engineer for the project. Lee County was operating under a limited timeline for this project, and AIM provided intensive coordination between Lee County and the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) to expedite the permitting process, which involved wetland mitigation for impacts caused by the project.
