East County Water Control District Administrative Building
 

Lehigh Acres, Florida — AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (AIM) is responsible for providing surveying and civil engineering services to design, permit, and construct this government administration complex for the East County Water Control District (ECWCD). The ECWCD is a 63,000 +/- acre independent water control authority in East Lee County, which provides water management and flood control for residential, commercial, industrial, and public lands within its boundaries. The new administration complex will be constructed on an 8.5 acre site, and will include a new administrative office building, a heavy equipment maintenance building, storage facilities, and a base for field operations. The site’s water management system will be further enhanced to include a created wetland system to serve as an example for integrating environmental enhancements into a site as well as providing educational uses. AIMs services included boundary and topographic survey, rezoning services, site design, regulatory permitting, and construction administration services.
